My dear friend Heidi,
Today we've learned that you are no longer with us. Although we've only met you once, we are deeply saddened by your passing. We've been told that it's not clear what has happened to you. We just hope that you haven't suffered. Also we hope that there was no foul play involved.
We can't count the times that we have been worried about your safety. Especially after hearing the news about fires near your house and the extreme cold weather in Detroit. Many times we wished you would get adopted by a loving family, so you would be warm and safe.
Unfortunately your life has been cut short and we can never give that big hug and bag of snacks. We just wanted to let you know that you have warmed our hearts and that you have made us smile many times. Also you was much loved by your own Heidelberg family.
So goodbye Heidi, we will always love and remember you!
